Annual Dues Payment

Association dues for all property owners in Old Farm Lakes are $237 per year.

Due Date: Received no later than February 1st each year.

Late Fees: Twenty percent (20%) per annum will be applied to any unpaid balance beginning February 2, 2026.

Accounts not paid in full by the due date will be considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts may be referred to the Association’s legal counsel for enforcement, including the filing of a lien as permitted under Article V, Section 6 of the Covenants. All legal and administrative costs incurred are the homeowner’s responsibility.

About Electronic Payments: We currently have two open Board positions. Processing 375 payments manually is time-consuming, and using the online subscription with reporting capabilities will significantly reduce the Treasurer’s workload. If most members use this option, it will help the Board operate more efficiently and avoid higher costs associated with outsourcing these tasks. Choosing the ACH option reduces POA costs. Physical Mailed In Payment

If you do not wish to submit your payment through our online payment portal, you may write a check or money order to OFLPOA and mail it to the address listed in the notice you received in the US mail.
Include: Your full name and property address so that payments are correctly allocated.

Email the Board to request cancellation of your OFLPOA dues subscription.
