Old Farm Lakes (OFL) is a covenant-protected community located in Bloomington, Illinois. Founded in 1987, our subdivision has 375 homes on 21 different streets.
The OFL subdivision is governed by our homeowner’s association, the Old Farm Lakes Property Owners Association (OFLPOA). Anyone owning a home in the subdivision automatically is a member of OFLPOA with access to:
- Eight acres of common green space
- Private playground area for children
- Two lakes stocked with fish, one with a lighted fountain
- Over a mile of paved walkways around the lakes
- Paved walkway connecting to Constitution Trail, with convenient access to Gaelic Park
The OFLPOA homeowner’s association is administered by our Board of Directors. As a covenant-protected community, pride of ownership is high. By owning a home in OFL, all property owners agree to abide by our Covenants and Restrictions and pay annual association dues to maintain the common areas. The Covenants and Restrictions require all property changes to be submitted to our Architecture Review Committee for review and approval before the changes are made.
The best way for members to stay current on happenings in OFL is to register for email alerts. Email alerts are used to share important information regarding neighborhood safety, vandalism and key Association business. Information about OFLPOA annual events can be found in News.
Additional information and helpful links for OFLPOA residents can be found in the Members section.
